Has COVID-19 interrupted your shipping?


As of April 1, production and delivery is still operational from my print partners. They are closely following CDC safety guidelines and are operating with minimal staff. Your order may take a little longer than usual. Once it arrives, please practice smart handling just like you would with any delivery these days. I hope your new artwork brings joy to your home!



Due to the value and size of most original artwork, originals will be sent via UPS or Fed Ex, tracking service will be provided. For paintings size 48x60 and larger,  I use a personally selected art delivery service. Your purchase will be picked up from my art from my studio, safely packaged, then driven to you. Delivery will be pre planned with you and the driver, and I will remain in communication with you to arrange a delivery time. During Covid-19 and due to the stay home orders in many states, delivery service has been halted temporarily. This does not mean you cannot purchase originals. Your purchase will be held until we are cleared to again resume business safely. I will continue to stay in touch with and I really appreciate your patience and business during these times. 


What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds on Prints? 

Most importantly I want you to love your new art, including the color and the quality. If you have any concerns or issues, please just contact me and we will work out the issues. In the rare event your art arrives flawed or damaged, It will be replaced at no additional cost to you. My print provider does their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. However sometimes damage can occur in shipping.  Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send me an email with the photos, details, and your order number, and I'll take care of it.

What is your normal shipping Policy on Prints?

Allow 3-4 days for production and one week for shipping. Keep weekends and holidays in mind too. My print provider prides themselves on quality, consistency and fast delivery. Occasionally, there may be factors (special requests, unclear instructions, production problems, etc.) that might cause an order to be delayed. They rarely miss their production times, however they are not guaranteed.

What is your normal shipping Policy on Originals?

If you reside outside of the U.S. or Canada, you will be contacted with a shipping quote. All payments must be received before artwork is shipped.

  • Artwork ships within 5 business days of purchase date.
  • Artwork ships insured.
  • Please contact us if you require expedited shipping (extra).
  • Once your order is shipped we will email a confirmation with the tracking number.
  • Please include your phone number with your order so that, if necessary, the Artist or carrier can contact you.

Regrettably, we are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.


Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds on Originals?

All Sales are final.

Cancellation Exceptions:

When ordering an original artwork or any other merchandise that ships directly from the artist there is a 24 hour grace period.

It is important to contact the artist immediately. Cancellations beyond the 24 hour grace period result in a non-refundable purchase.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of initial purchase time and date. Simply contact the artist with a written request. You are welcome to follow it up with a phone call to 208-577-8407.

Expect to see your refund processed within 5 business days from the date the cancellation request was issued (time and date stamped on cancellation request by email)

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you must provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection. The refund will be considered and issued by the shipper not the artist.

Depending on the type of damage It may be possible for me to repair. Let's also have a conversation about it.
